  1. I first met Jennifer when we picked up a few roasters from her and have since been following her journey on her Facebook page. She is truly good people, always willing to help it with any questions you might have!

  2. Jennifer and I have never met, but we have become friends over Facebook in the last few months. She has helped me in some homesteading questions, but mostly she hands helped me involving Poofy Organics. She is very knowledgeable and helps when ever she can! Unfortunately living literally across the country from one another, I most likely won't be able to visit her farm...but I enjoy following it on Facebook. :)

    2. If you do visit NY one day....it's most beautiful in the fall. At least in my part of NY. :)

  3. I met Jennifer online when I started getting interested in farming, and found her Facebook page. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, funny and knowledgeable - eventually I decided to make a day trip out of visiting her farm with my daughter. What a delight! Her chickens were friendly and very well kept, and she showed me some tricks of the trade while giving me a tour of her many coops. Our kids played together while I got a hands on experience in her gardens, and she made us dinner with produce from her farm. If I lived next door, I would never go back to a grocery store again. If you want fresh and healthy ethically raised meat, chicks, eggs and produce, you need to go to Aisling Farms.

  6. I found Jennifer and Aisling Farms on Facebook but little did I know we attend the same church! Once we met in person knew exactly who she was! :) We have 5 of her Maran chicks that are happy and healthy. Super excited to have the Wheaten chick as a bonus. Thanks for everything, Jennifer and Aisling Farm!

  7. I met Jennifer about a year ago when we bought our house and were wanting to raise some chickens. Not wanting to buy them from the local feed store we talked to her about getting a variety of chicks so we would get a variety of colored eggs. She has a vast amount of knowledge and was extremely helpful. We ended up buying 7 chicks from her, all are beautiful, healthy and great layers. Couldn't be happier! We've also purchased several items from her Poofy line of organic products. I've found her to be friendly, available and willing to answer questions and have enjoyed following her on Facebook.

  8. We came across Aisling Farms on facebook when we were looking to start our first flock. Jennifer has been so helpful and we couldn't be happier with the adorable, healthy variety of chicks we picked up from her just last week. Cannot wait until our girls start laying our very own "Easter" basket! Anyone who is looking to start or add to their flock Jennifer is the gal you need to see!

  9. Aisling Farms is one of my favorite blogs because it is a real true life, down to earth blog of a young family homesteading in America. Jennifer is not afraid to post her mistakes or her successes. She will go out of her way to research problems for her many followers. She also incorporates home schooling, farming, gardening, faith, home improvement and many more subjects into her blogs.....Keep up the good work.

  10. We have never met Jennifer, but myself and my fiancée waited over a year to get on the "list" to get eggs from her chickens from the St Paul Cheese shop. When a post opened up, we put ourselves down for 2 dozen eggs each week. The eggs are life changing. (#FARMFRESH!)

  11. If you're not eating farm-fresh bacon and eggs, give up now, because you're not really living! ;) Seriously, though, Jenn & the family raise an amazing meat pig, if you are lucky to get on their list to buy one. We will never go back to store-bought bacon. Plus, we have a freezer full of meat to share with friends and family. It's worth every penny. Thanks guys!!
